Abstract:
The present invention relates to an MDCK cell line which is derived from a MDCK cell deposited as an ATCC CCL-34 cell line and can be cultured without serum and can be suspension cultured, and preferably, to cell lines MDCK S1023, MDCK S10234, and MDCK S3851. In addition, the present invention relates to a culture method for growing the MDCK cell, and a method for preparing viruses for vaccines using the MDCK cell.
