Abstract:
A measurement apparatus and a measurement method. The measurement apparatus comprises: a transmitting module, used for transmitting a measurement electromagnetic wave to the surface of one side of a material to be tested; and a receiving and processing module which is used for receiving a first electromagnetic wave and a second electromagnetic wave, and on the basis of the first electromagnetic wave and the second electromagnetic wave, acquiring electric characteristic parameters of said surface to which the measurement electromagnetic wave is incident and electric characteristic parameters of the body of the material to be tested, the first electromagnetic wave comprising a measurement electromagnetic wave reflected by the surface of the material to be tested, and the second electromagnetic wave comprising a measurement electromagnetic wave penetrating through the material to be tested. According to a reception result of the measurement electromagnetic waves, and an electromagnetic wave attenuation principle, the electric characteristic parameters of the surface and the body of the material to be tested can be obtained, achieving nondestructive measurement; and by means of one time of electromagnetic wave emission, measurement of the electric characteristic parameters of the surface and the body of the material to be tested is achieved, thereby greatly improving the measurement efficiency.
