Abstract:
The present invention improves the accuracy of temperature measurement in a circuit for measuring the temperature by using an operational amplifier. The operational amplifier outputs an output voltage in accordance with a difference in terminal voltage between a pair of input terminals. One of the input terminals is connected to one end of a resistor. A resistor-side rectifier element is connected to the other end of the resistor. A terminal-side rectifier element is connected to the other input terminal. A switch connects an additional rectifier element to the resistor-side rectifier element or the terminal-side rectifier element in parallel. A current output unit outputs a current in accordance with the output voltage. A difference acquisition unit calculates, as temperature data, a difference between a signal corresponding to the current when the additional rectifier element is not connected and a signal corresponding to the current when the additional rectifier element is connected.
