Abstract:
Provided in the present disclosure are a measurement configuration negotiation method during dual connection to different systems, a base station and a terminal. The method is used on a first base station, and comprises: sending measurement configuration information to a second base station, the measurement configuration information being used to indicate a measurement configuration issued for the terminal by the second base station, the terminal being simultaneously connected to the first base station and the second base station.
