Abstract:
A restaurant, and an order information processing method and apparatus. The restaurant comprises: a raw material storage area (101, 302) in a user activity area (102, 301), wherein at least one first container used for storing raw materials for selection is provided therein; a processing and production area (103, 303), which is used for the processing and production of selected raw materials; and a transport device (104, 304), which is provided between the raw material display area and the processing and production area (103, 303) and which is used for transporting the selected raw materials from the raw material display area to the processing and production area (103, 303). The present invention can make catering services both faster and fresher.
