Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a measurement control method, a terminal device, a network device, and a computer storage medium, a chip, a computer readable storage medium, a computer program product, and a computer program, the method comprising: determining a first secondary cell entering a first state, the first state being a state in which the terminal is able to implement measurement but is not able to execute data reception and transmission, and the first secondary cell being one amongst at least one secondary cell; determining a target bandwidth part BWP of the first secondary cell in the first state; and implementing measurement in the target BWP.
