Abstract:
A measurement device and control method therefor, comprising a platform (100), a movable measurement head (200) disposed above said platform (100), a plurality of pneumatic balls (300), a control device (400) and an inflation device (500); as said measurement head (200) moves from a present measurement point to a subsequent measurement point, said control device (400) controls said inflation device (500) to inflate a corresponding pneumatic ball (300). The present measurement device and control method therefor can reduce the vibration of a platform during the movement of a measurement head and during the inflation of an inflatable ball, can ensure that, after the movement of a measurement head, a platform can rapidly return to a level state, and can reduce the measurement error of a measurement head, thereby further improving the efficiency of LCD panel production.
