Abstract:
A measurement device for the dimensions of a vehicle generator rotor, the rotor (1) comprising a claw pole (1a) and a shaft body (1b), the measurement device comprising a base (2), a first abutting tip (3) arranged on the base (2), and a driving source (4) for driving the first abutting tip (3) to rotate, wherein a first driving member (5), a second driving member (6), a second abutting tip (7) and a bottom base (8) are further arranged on the base (2), the second abutting tip (7) being coaxial with the first abutting tip (3), the second abutting tip (7) being rotatably connected to the bottom base (8), and the first driving member (5) being used to drive the bottom base (8) to move in a reciprocating manner along the axis of the second abutting tip (7); an inspection mechanism is provided between the first abutting tip (3) and the second abutting tip (7) for simultaneously measuring the inner diameter and the outer diameter of the claw pole (1a) and the diameter of the shaft body (1b) at the claw pole (1a), and the second driving member (6) is used to drive the inspection mechanism to translate in a reciprocating manner along the axis of the second abutting tip (7); and a telescopic displacement sensor (10) is horizontally arranged between the first abutting tip (3) and the inspection mechanism for measuring the radial runout of the end of the shaft body (1b), and the axis of the telescopic displacement sensor (10) is perpendicular to the axis of the second abutting tip (7).
