Abstract:
A measurement method capable of stabilizing pressure variation caused by resonance and reflection wave of air supplied, where drive of a pump of an air supply device is adjusted, starting at time at which the measurement starts, to a volume whose air tightness is to be inspected. In a measurement method using an air-tightness inspection device that is for inspecting a box body and has a steam movement control device, a differential pressure is obtained as a measurement result in a time corresponding to a measurement section where an acoustic pressure in an air supply path is low. Program operation of the air supply device and timer AND output of contact point information of a differential pressure gauge are combined so that a differential pressure is indicated as an accurate measurement result with a little error which result is measured in a specific time section and in a measurement section where acoustic pressure variation in the air supply path is low. The air supply device is operated by program control so that a pressure variation amount follows a pressure rising process of a trapezoid shape.
