Abstract:
This measurement unit 10 for measuring the electrical properties of an object to be measured upon being connected to a measurement cable comprises a printed substrate 1 provided with a cable connection unit 5 to which the measurement cable is connected, measurement terminals 2a, 2b provided to the printed substrate 1, and a ground conductor 4 and a signal wire 3 provided to the printed substrate 1 so as to electrically connect the measurement terminals 2a, 2b and the cable connection unit 5. This measurement device comprises a measurement unit, a drive mechanism for driving the measurement unit, a measurement cable having one end connected to a cable connection unit of the measurement unit, and a measurement instrument connected to the other end of the measurement cable.
