Abstract:
Provided in the present application are a measuring method, a communication device, and a storage medium. The method comprises: a terminal receives a first message in a first cell, the first message being used for instructing the terminal to release a connection with the first cell, the terminal receives a first frequency list in the first cell, the first frequency list comprising measuring frequencies; the terminal acquires a first measurement configuration, the first measurement configuration corresponding to the measuring frequencies in the first frequency list; and the terminal measures an SSB corresponding to the measuring frequencies in the first frequency list on the basis of the first measurement configuration and submits the measurement result with respect to the SSB. By submitting to a network side in a timely manner the measurement result of the terminal during a disconnected state, the time spent on measuring is reduced, thus increasing the efficiency of mobility management.
