Abstract:
A mechanical downhole multi-time switching bypass valve, comprising a bypass valve body (1), wherein the bypass valve body is internally provided with a valve seat (3), the valve seat is slidably connected to the bypass valve body, a valve seat side hole (18) is formed in the valve seat, a bypass hole (6) is formed in a side surface of the bypass valve body, and the position of the bypass hole corresponds to that of the valve seat side hole; and a spring (4) is arranged between the valve seat and the bypass valve body, a ball seat (2) is arranged on the valve seat, the ball seat is a multi-petal ball seat, a steel ball (5) is arranged on the ball seat in a matched manner, and a closing steel ball (8) is arranged in the valve seat side hole in a matched manner. The mechanical downhole multi-time switching bypass valve prevents well control risks caused by a rubber ball being subjected to the effects of temperature, pressure and different mud; since the pressure is known when the steel ball passes through the multi-petal ball seat, whether the bypass hole is closed is easily monitored on the ground, thereby avoiding well control risks. After the steel ball is collected in a ball basket, a channel for other small balls or cables to pass through can be freed, thereby facilitating subsequent constructions.
