Abstract:
A DEFC membrane electrode with an efficient hydrothermal management capability, and a preparation method therefor. A cathode catalytic layer (7) is designed to be of an outward protruding ordered type, and an anode catalytic layer (4) is designed to be of an inward recessed ordered type; and during the preparation of the DEFC membrane electrode, the membrane electrode can be prepared on a proton exchange membrane (8) towards an inner side and an outer side step by step, or the membrane electrode can be prepared by means of a coating method of performing impregnation on an anode support body tube (9) step by step. By means of the DEFC membrane electrode, the timely discharge of generated heat is facilitated, thereby improving the mass transfer efficiency; and the operating capability of a battery can be effectively improved.
