Abstract:
A medical fluorescent marker is provided with: a head portion in which the diameter of a circumscribing circle is a; at least two leg portions extending from the head portion; and a fluorescent portion formed on at least a portion of at least one of the head portion and the leg portion. Each of the leg portions comprises an elastic portion extending outwardly from the head portion and then bending inwardly, and an insertion portion bending outwardly from a tip of the elastic portion. In a state in which no external force is applied to the elastic portions, the diameter of a circle circumscribed around the outermost edges of the elastic portions is b and the insertion portions are spaced apart from each other by a first distance, and in a state in which an external force is applied to the elastic portions such that the elastic portions are inwardly contracted, the diameter of a circle circumscribed around the outermost edges of the elastic portions is b', the respective insertion portions are also inwardly approached by a second distance which is shorter than the first distance or contact with each other, and the relation b > b' ≥ a is satisfied.
