Abstract:
This medical microscope apparatus 100 for displaying, on a single screen, an image which enables performing anastomosis on a treatment object having a minor axis diameter of not more than 500 μm is provided with: a solid-state imaging device 10 according to the present invention, which has an imaging unit 20 and a lens optical unit 30 and which is for capturing an image that includes an observation object OR; and a display device 50 for displaying an image captured by the imaging unit. The imaging unit 20 is equipped with a solid-state imaging element 21 in which a plurality of pixels, each having a photoelectric conversion element, are arranged in a matrix configuration on an image forming surface FS. When an image of a circular observation region OR having a diameter of 20 mm is captured by the solid-state imaging device 10 and displayed on a display screen 51 provided to the display device 50, an observation region image IM formed on the image forming surface FS of the solid-state imaging device 10 has a circular shape having a diameter equal to the length of at least 4000 pixels Px arranged in juxtaposition. The observation region OR is shown, on the display screen 51 of the display device 50, in a circular shape having a diameter represented by at least 4000 display pixels.
