Abstract:
The present technology pertains to a medical system, a signal processing device and a signal processing method which make it possible to obtain highly accurate 3D information in real time. 3D information about the surgical field is generated via a first algorithm by using a surgical field image obtained by imaging the surgical field. When a region of interest is set in the surgical field image, 3D information about the region of interest is generated via a second algorithm which differs from the first algorithm.
