Abstract:
Disclosed herein are a medicine and food dual-purpose composition capable of resisting blue light damage to retina, a preparation method therefor, and use thereof, and belongs to the technical field of medicine and food dual purposes. The medicine and food dual-purpose composition capable of resisting blue light damage to retina of the present invention comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of microencapsulated nutritional component, 1-3 parts of a sweetening agent, 10-20 parts of microcrystalline cellulose, and 0.5-2 parts of magnesium stearate. The medicinal and food dual-purpose composition product features simple and rapid preparation and is green, healthy, and free of side effects. By adding the microencapsulated nutritional component, the stability and bioavailability of procyanidine, cowberry anthocyanin, and xanthophyll are remarkably improved, and the synergistic anti-inflammation and anti-oxidation functions thereof are fully exerted. The medicinal and food dual-purpose composition product can prevent and alleviate retinal damage and the like caused by LED blue light irradiation and has wide application prospects and economic benefits.
