Abstract:
A medium- and high-pressure gas transportation system and method using composite material pipes having double gas channels. The system comprises a main pipeline (11), a low-pressure accompanying pipeline (13), a low-pressure gas lead-out pipeline (15) and a gas reinjection pipeline (16). The main pipeline (11) is formed by joining a plurality of composite material pipes by means of metal connecting fittings (12). Each composite material pipe comprises a multi-layer pipe body, wherein the pipe body comprises at least an outer structure layer (2) and an inner structure layer (4), and a low-pressure gas guide layer (3) is provided between the outer structure layer (2) and the inner structure layer (4). The low-pressure gas lead-out pipeline (15) and the gas reinjection pipeline (16) are arranged between the low-pressure accompanying pipeline (13) and the main pipeline (11); and the low-pressure gas lead-out pipeline (15), the gas reinjection pipeline (16) and the low-pressure accompanying pipeline (13) form a low-pressure gas loop. By means of product characteristics and active management in system operation, the system and method solve the problem of gas permeation in long-distance pipeline transportation of medium- and high-pressure gas, and thus solve the problem of gas seepage in long-distance transportation of medium- and high-pressure hydrogen.
