Abstract:
This member is realized without the use of a vacuum process, the member including a resin base material having an excellent anti-reflective property. This member comprises: a resin base material having a fine relief structure on the surface; and a porous layer positioned on the resin base material on the fine relief structure side, the porous layer being made of a porous material including particles. The porous layer includes a filled section in which the porous material fills the gaps in the fine relief structure, and a surface layer on the fine relief structure. The fine relief structure has columnar protrusions or columnar recesses disposed periodically in two dimensions, the thickness of the surface layer is 80 nm to 150 nm, a gap between a protrusion or recess is 20 nm to 300 nm, and the height of a protrusions or the depth of a recess is 10 nm to 120 nm.
