Abstract:
Provided are a chimeric antigen receptor immune cell expressing interleukin-15, and the use thereof. Specifically, provided is a genetically recombinant chimeric antigen receptor immune cell, which expresses a fusion protein of an interleukin-15 mutant and IL-15Ra on the cell surface of the immune cell. Experiments show that under continuous antigen stimulation, the mutant immune cell significantly improves the survival of immune cells, promotes the expansion of the immune cells, reduces the inhibition of TME on the immune cells, and enhances the persistence and anti-tumor activity of CAR-T cells.
