Abstract:
A membrane oxygenator, comprising an upper cover (10), a lower cover (30), a housing (20) and an oxygenation structure (40), wherein two ends of the housing (20) are connected to the upper cover (10) and the lower cover (30), respectively; and the oxygenation structure (40) comprises a core shaft (401), an oxygen pressure membrane (402) and a variable-temperature membrane (403). The upper end of the core shaft (401) enters a first blood path space (101) of the upper cover (10), and the lower end of the core shaft (401) is opposite a blood outlet (305) at the lower cover (30); the oxygen pressure membrane (402) is arranged around the core shaft (401), and the oxygen pressure membrane (402) provides communication for a first gas path space (102) of the upper cover (10) and a second gas path space (302) of the lower cover (30); the variable-temperature membrane (403) is wrapped around the oxygen pressure membrane (402), and the variable-temperature membrane (403) provides communication for a first water way space (103) of the upper cover (10) and a second water way space (303) of the lower cover (30); and there is a gap (404) between the variable-temperature membrane (403) and an inner wall of the housing (20), the width of the gap (404) gradually decreases from the upper cover (10) to the lower cover (30), and a blood inlet (201) is arranged at the position on the housing (20) that is close to the upper cover (10). The proportion of blood flowing across the oxygen pressure membrane (402) can be increased, and thus the oxygenation effect of the membrane oxygenator is improved.
