Abstract:
A performance test system for a high-precision six-degree-of-freedom optical assembly. While a temperature monitoring module is used to monitor the temperature in the periphery of a tested optical assembly, a vibration monitoring module is used to monitor a vibration condition of the tested optical assembly, and an internal pose monitoring module is used to monitor the pose of the tested optical assembly itself; and when a performance test is performed, an external environment state is synchronously monitored, so as to provide a data basis for subsequent precise installation and adjustment, and meanwhile, position changes of the optical assembly relative to the entire system and relative to the mechanical structure itself are also measured.
