Abstract:
This water treatment device is provided with a membrane separation device for solid-liquid separation and a particle sorting device having at least two outflow openings for a sorted solid-liquid mixture that is manufactured. A liquid that includes particles of different sizes including submicron particles is supplied to the particle sorting device before membrane separation by the membrane separation device, and first sorted water of the sorted solid-liquid mixture is returned to the membrane separation device from one of the at least two outflow openings of the particle sorting device. The submicron particle content of this first sorted water is lower than that of the liquid. With this device, a membrane fouling suppression effect is rapidly attained.
