Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a memory, a usage method and manufacturing method therefor, and an electronic device. The memory comprises a control layer and at least one storage layer, which is stacked on the control layer, wherein the storage layer comprises a plurality of storage channels, the storage channels have data interface buses independent of each other, the control layer comprises a plurality of controllers and a plurality of user interfaces, the controller is used for accessing data stored in the storage channel connected to the controller, the plurality of controllers are connected to the data interface buses of the plurality of storage channels in a manner of corresponding to each other on a one-to-one basis, and the number of user interfaces is the same as the number of user storage channels that can be called by a user. The number of user interfaces is less than the number of controllers, i.e. the number of user storage channels that are provided for the user to call is less than the total number of storage channels that are actually included in the memory. One user interface can access data stored in storage channels connected to at least two controllers connected to the user interface, such that it is ensured that a user can still use user storage channels normally even after a fault occurs in some of the storage channels, thereby improving the product yield of a memory, and reducing the production cost.
