Abstract:
Disclosed are a memristor-based complete nonvolatile Boolean logic circuit and an operation method. The memristor-based complete nonvolatile Boolean logic circuit is used for performing logic operation on an inputted logic value P and/or an inputted logic value Q; the circuit comprises a controller, a memristor M1, a memristor M2, and a resistor; the controller is used for setting the memristor M2 to be in a high impedance state before the logic operation; the controller is used for, during the logic operation, applying a voltage A to the memristor M1, applying a voltage B to the memristor M2, applying a voltage C to the resistor, and reading the resistance state of the memristor M2, i.e., a logic operation result; and when the logic value P and the logic value Q are subjected to logic operation or only the logic value Q is subjected to logic operation, the controller is further used for, before the logic operation, setting the memristor M1 to be in a resistance state corresponding to the logic value Q. According to the present invention, a complete Boolean logic function can be achieved by means of two steps of operation of state setting of the memristors and pressurization of the memristors and the resistor, the number of devices is small, the circuit area is small, the number of operation steps is small, and the calculation efficiency is high.
