Abstract:
[Problem] To enhance the work efficiency of combining a plurality of dishes respectively constituting a plurality of menu items. [Solution] This menu preparation system 1 comprises: an order acquisition device 11 which acquires order information including a plurality of menu items; a menu preparation instruction device 13 which delivers, on the basis of the order information, a menu preparation instruction according to the sequence of preparing the plurality of menu items; an automatic discharge shelf 21 which is provided in a menu preparation field 15 in which line work for combining the plurality of dishes is performed, receives the plurality of dishes, and sequentially and automatically discharges dishes selected in response to the menu preparation instruction; and a line working conveyor 41 which is provided in the menu preparation location and carries, in a combined state according to the menu items, the plurality of dishes discharged from the automatic discharge shelf.
