Abstract:
The present invention relates to a message service system and a method for a message service, and the present invention comprises: displaying a user list on a chat window screen when specific input information is detected on the chat window screen while a message service is carried out according to a main conversation from a terminal device; performing the message service according to a sub-conversation with at least one terminal device of another user, selected independently of the main conversation while the message service according to the main conversation is carried out, when the at least one other user is selected from the displayed user list; and displaying transreceived messages according to the sub-conversation, thereby providing the advantage of conveniently selecting a desired user without the user having to individually search users participating in the message service from contacts, to perform a message service between the selected users independently of the current message service, maintaining confidentiality of the content of conversation by transmitting messages only to a desired select number of users from potential conversers, and not requiring individual searching of messages when messages are received from multiple users.
