Abstract:
A metal reed structure and an electrical connector, comprising: a first side plate and a second side plate which are provided opposite to each other, and a third side plate and a fourth side plate which are provided opposite to each other, wherein the first side plate and the third side plate are located in a same plane, and the second side plate and the fourth side plate are located in a same plane; and further comprising at least one pair of first connecting reed and second connecting reed which are provided opposite to each other, wherein both ends of the first connecting reed are respectively connected to the first side plate and the third side plate, and the both ends of the second connecting reed are respectively connected to the second side plate and the fourth side plate. By means of the present application, plugging/unplugging and installation of a male terminal and a female terminal in a 90-degree direction and a 180-degree direction can be realized, and the male terminal can be electrically connected to the female terminal directly by means of said metal reed structure, without other adapter mechanisms, so that the assembly is facilitated, and costs are saved.
