Abstract:
Disclosed is a metal thietane compound represented by the general formula (120) [wherein M represents a member selected from the group consisting of Bi, Sb, Ti, Zr and Ta; X1 and X2 independently represent a sulfur or oxygen atom; R1 represents a bivalent organic group; the bond between M and T shown by a dotted line and a solid line represents a single or double bond; m represents an integer of 0 or more; n represents the number of valency of M; and p represents an integer ranging from 1 to n (inclusive), provided that: when r is 1, then q is 0 and Y is a univalent inorganic or organic group; when r is 1 and n-p-q is 2 or greater, then multiple Y's are independently a univalent inorganic or organic group; when r is 1 and n-p-q is 2 or greater, then multiple Y's may be together form a ring containing M; when r is 2, then n-p-q is 1 or 2 and Y is a bivalent group; when r is 2 and n-p-q is 2, then two Y's and two M's may together form a ring; and when r is 2 and q is 2, then multiple T's are independently an inorganic or organic group].
