Abstract:
Provided is a methanol and propane cracking device based on radiant tubes, the device comprising several radiant tubes (1) extending into a heat treatment furnace. Each radiant tube (1) is of a U-shaped hollow tube structure, and the tops of the several radiant tubes (1) are connected to a main conveying pipe (5) by means of distribution tubes (6); and one end of the main conveying pipe (5) is closed, and the other end thereof is formed by converging a methanol-conveying pipe (2), a propane-conveying pipe (3) and a nitrogen-conveying pipe (4).
