Abstract:
The present application discloses a method and kit for adjusting the length of an overhang formed at a DNA end by using competitive inhibition, and a dsDNA linkage method using same. The ligase-independent DNA linkage method using the method and kit according to the present application has improved efficiency due to the ease and accuracy of overhang length adjustment and thus can be advantageously used in various gene recombination experiments and cloning, including the cloning of a PCR product.
