The present specification relates to a method for analyzing deuterated benzenes by gas chromatography, and preparing a deuterated compound by using a deuterated benzene selected on the basis of the analysis data, wherein deuterated benzenes are separated by gas chromatography and then analyzed by mass spectrometry for the heights of peaks at m/z 78 to m/z 84.
