Abstract:
The present specification relates to a method for analyzing deuterated compounds through chromatography, and manufacturing an organic light-emitting device by using a deuterated compound selected on the basis of the analyzed data, the method for analyzing deuterated compounds comprising the steps of: separating samples, including deuterated compounds, by means of chromatography and then deriving mass chromatograms for respective isotopes having different mass numbers obtained by mass spectrometry; calculating the contents of isotopes, by mass number, of the deuterated compounds on the basis of the areas of the obtained mass chromatograms; and converting the calculated contents of isotopes by mass number to rates of substitution by number of deuterium atoms.
