Abstract:

A method for adjusting the brightness of indoor light. The method comprises: detecting a display device to obtain the brightness of the display device (101); generating the brightness of indoor light according to the brightness of the display device (102); and adjusting the brightness of an indoor illumination device according to the brightness of the indoor light (103). By means of the method, the brightness of the indoor light can be adjusted in real time, the stimulation of brightness changes of the display device to the human eyes is reduced, and the injuries to the human eyes are reduced.
