Abstract:

Disclosed are a method and apparatus for constructing a risk prediction model for autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The method comprises: establishing a first data table and a second data table according to case information of a sample set, obtaining a first grouping table set and a second grouping table set according to a preset feature arrangement rule and marker grouping rule, training data on the basis of a random forest machine learning algorithm, and importing test data to obtain a first optimal feature combination and a second feature combination; and obtaining, on the basis of a random forest algorithm, a first model and a second model according to the first optimal feature combination and the second feature combination and stratified sampling of the first data table and second data table, and completing the construction of the risk prediction model for ASD after combination. According to the present invention, a model can be constructed accurately and quickly according to data of test entries in a sample set, and data in a prediction test entry is predicted, which solves the problem that existing prediction models have low accuracy.
