Abstract:
A method for controlling a centrifuge. The centrifuge comprises a motor (10) and a micro switch (20); the micro switch is disposed on the outer side of the motor; and when the motor generates an unbalanced action, the motor triggers the micro switch, such that the micro switch is turned off. The method comprises: measuring the number N of turning-off times of the micro switch within a preset duration t; and executing a corresponding protection strategy according to the number N of turning-off times. According to the method, the frequency of the motor generating the unbalanced action is determined by measuring the frequency of the motor triggering the micro switch, and then the centrifuge is controlled to execute different protection strategies according to the frequency of the motor generating the unbalanced action. In the process of debugging the unbalanced protection sensitivity of centrifuges of a same model in batch production, a distance between the motor and the switch does not need to be adjusted, and the debugging can be completed only by debugging a software part, thereby reducing the debugging cost. Further disclosed are an apparatus for controlling a centrifuge, a centrifuge, and a storage medium.
