Abstract:
The present invention, with respect to a method for decoding a video signal, provides a method characterized by comprising the steps of: extracting an inter-prediction mode of the current block from the video signal; generating two non-square prediction blocks by means of two movement vectors in accordance with the inter-prediction mode; acquiring two non-square prediction blocks in the frequency domain by carrying out non-square transformation on the two non-square prediction blocks; updating the two non-square prediction blocks in the frequency domain by means of a correlation coefficient or scaling coefficient; and generating a reconstructed block on the basis of the residual block and updated non-square prediction blocks in the frequency domain.
