Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for generating an annotation for a bill. The method for generating an annotation for a bill comprises the following steps: when a bill adjustment request is received, acquiring a user bill and user information according to the bill adjustment request; acquiring claim settlement product information associated with the user information, and determining a compensation amount for the user bill according to the claim settlement product information; generating, according to the claim settlement product information, annotation information corresponding to the compensation amount, wherein the annotation information of the compensation amount comprises a calculation method for the compensation amount and/or a basis for calculation of the compensation amount; and outputting the compensation amount for the user bill and the annotation information of the compensation amount. Further disclosed are an apparatus for generating an annotation for a bill, and a computer-readable storage medium. According to the present application, the claim settlement efficiency of a bill is improved.
