Abstract:
A method and apparatus for labeling a speech dialogue during human-computer interaction, and a device and a medium. The method comprises: determining a machine speech reply that is outputted by a human-machine interaction system regarding previous speech of a user (201); determining an emotional feature of the user when making the current speech regarding the machine speech reply (202); on the basis of the emotional feature, determining a first satisfaction degree of the user regarding the machine speech reply (203); if the current speech is end speech in a multi-round dialogue, determining at least one second satisfaction degree of the user regarding a machine speech reply outputted by the human-machine interaction system in a historical round of dialogue (204); and on the basis of the first satisfaction degree and the at least one second satisfaction degree, labeling the multi-round dialogue (205). Therefore, automatic labeling of a human-machine dialogue may be implemented.
