Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for producing a battery terminal plate for a vehicle by means of a cold forging method, and the apparatus, which utilizes a first shaped body (20) formed by blanking material (10) to form first protrusions (21) on both sides of the upper surface to produce a battery terminal plate for a vehicle, comprises: a first forging mold set (100) for producing a second shaped body (30) by forming, by means of cold forging, second protrusions (31) on the first protrusions (21) of the first shaped body (20); a second forging mold set (200) for producing a fourth shaped body (50) by radially forming a plurality of upper grooves (51) with respect to a hole (41) on the top surface of a third shaped body (40) which is the second shaped body (30) on which the hole (41) has been machined; and a third forging mold set (300) for producing a fifth shaped body (60) by radially forming a plurality of lower grooves (61) with respect to the hole (41) on the bottom surface of the fourth shaped body (50), and due to such a structure, the present invention produces, by means of a cold forging method, a battery terminal plate for a vehicle having accurate measurements and structural precision.
