Abstract:
A method and apparatus for reducing body stress by means of intelligent interactive motion. The method comprises the following steps: S01, reference confirmation; S02, definition of a first position of a display (1); S03, determination of a first threshold; S04, secondary determination; and S05, reverse motion of the display (1). According to the method, intelligent interactive motion between the display (1) and a body can be achieved; and the relative position between the display (1) and a user is changed by means of the motion of the display (1), such that a body posture is guided to adjust synchronously, thereby achieving the purposes of reducing body stress and guiding the user to return to the correct body posture. According to the method for reducing body stress by means of intelligent interactive motion, the position and motion of the display (1) are adjusted by means of the reference confirmation, the definition of the first position, the determination of the first threshold, a first motion, the secondary determination and the reverse motion, and then, by means of the motion of the display (1), the user is guided to follow the motion, thereby adjusting the body posture, and achieving the purposes of reducing body stress and guiding the user to return to the correct body posture.
