Abstract:
The present invention relates to: a method for reinforcing a first sensor by using a machine learning model trained on the basis of training data acquired from the first sensor and a second sensor for reinforcing the first sensor; and an apparatus therefor, and, more particularly, to: a method which uses a machine learning model from first data acquired from only a first sensor from among the first sensor and a second sensor, so as to acquire second data for reinforcing the first sensor, and which allows cognition on the basis of the first data and the second data acquired using the machine learning model; and an apparatus therefor. According to the present invention, a sensor can be effectively reinforced, and the cognitive performance of a robot can be enhanced through the sensor reinforcement.
