[Problem] This disclosure solves a problem with the service continuity related to inter system change (e.g. EPS and 5GS intersystem change). This disclosure makes it possible to reduce the number of the interactions with the NSACF during the inter system change. [Solution] A method of an apparatus related to Session Management Function (SMF) includes sending, to an Access and Mobility Management Function (AMF) apparatus, a first message. The first message includes information indicating that the apparatus interacted with a Network Slice Admission Control Function (NSACF) apparatus for Network Slice Admission Control (NSAC). The method includes retaining a second message for the NSAC to be sent to the NSACF in a case where the first message includes the information.
