Abstract:
According to the present invention, it is possible to suppress opening from the seam of a cylindrical part of a terminal fitting. This terminal fitting (10) comprises a cylindrical part (20) and a plurality of elastic contact pieces (31) that extend in cantilever form from the cylindrical part (20). The cylindrical part (20) has a form made by bending a plate so that a second seam (22) is exposed on the outer circumference surface. The cylindrical part (20) has a first part (24) and second part (25) that are adjacent sandwiching the second seam (22). An opening prevention part (50) that abuts the outer surface of the second part (25) is provided on the first part (24).
