Abstract:
Disclosed in the embodiments of the present application are a method and apparatus for stereoscopic display, and an electronic device and a storage medium. The method comprises: in response to a model stereoscopic display instruction, acquiring a mathematical description of a target model, extracting a region of interest from the mathematical description of the target model, and obtaining grid data, which corresponds to the region of interest, of the target model; performing data processing on the grid data to obtain target data; and coding the target data on the basis of a preset file format, and then transmitting the coded data to a stereoscopic rendering end, such that software of the stereoscopic rendering end renders the coded target model by means of physical simulation rendering, and displays, in a stereoscopic manner, a rendering result on a screen. By means of automatically processing a mathematical description of a target model and directly displaying a stereoscopic model on a display screen, the reliance on an external device, such as 3D glasses, during stereoscopic display is reduced, thereby improving the efficiency of stereoscopic display of the model.
