Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention relate to the technical field of communications, and provide a method, an apparatus and a system for sending control information. The method comprises: a network device determines, according to a first time-frequency domain resource for sending first control information, at least one information domain comprised in the first control information; the network device determines the number of bits of the first control information according to the at least one information domain; and the network device sends the first control information to a user terminal within the first time-frequency domain resource according to the number of bits of the first control information. The present invention can improve the data transmission efficiency.
