The present disclosure relates to a method and apparatus for target positioning in a virtual interaction scenario, the method comprising: monitoring a trigger operation of a user for target positioning, so as to obtain the position, on a screen, of a trigger point; according to the position of the trigger point and several attachment points on a virtual target, determining several attachment point positions, with each of the attachment point positions corresponding to one attachment point; when the position of the trigger point is in an attachment range determined by means of any of the attachment point positions, executing an attachment point weight value operation on the several attachment points so as to obtain attachment point weight values of the several corresponding attachment points; and moving the trigger point to an attachment point position of an attachment point corresponding to the maximum attachment point weight value. By means of the present disclosure, the flexibility of target positioning in a virtual interaction scenario is effectively enhanced.
