METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR TREATING BLACK AND ODOROUS RIVER

An apparatus for treating a black and odorous river, comprising a river bed silt suction device (2), a container-type sandstone waste separation device (38), a container-type dehydration device (5), a container-type crushing device (11), a storage container (6), a container-type drying device (37), a container-type dry distillation device (7), a container-type flocculation device (13), a container-type sedimentation device (14), a container-type active coke filtration and adsorption device (15), a container-type power generation device (18), a container-type operation control chamber (19) and a cleaning boat for objects floating on the surface of a river and river bank waste(9). The silt suction device (2) is connected to the container-type sandstone waste separation device (38) via a silt delivery pipe laid on the surface of the water. Bulky materials discharged from the container-type sandstone waste separation device (38) and objects floating on the surface of the river and/or river bank waste collected by the cleaning boat (9) are delivered to and treated in the container-type crushing device (11). Then, same, together with the silt treated by the container-type sandstone waste separation device (38), enter the container-type dehydration device (5) for dehydration. Discharged waste water sequentially enters the container-type flocculation device (13), the container-type sedimentation device (14) and the container-type active coke filtration and adsorption device (15) for flocculation, sedimentation, and filtration, adsorption and purification treatments by active coke, and is then discharged into the river. The dehydrated silt and residues enter the container-type drying device (37) for treatment, and after treatment, are then delivered to the container-type dry distillation device (7) to prepare biochar, and the biochar is delivered back to the bottom of the river via a delivery pipe. Black and odorous river water is extracted by a water pump from one end of a river treatment section, sequentially enters the container-type flocculation device (13), the container-type sedimentation device (14) and the container-type active coke filtration and adsorption device (15) for flocculation, sedimentation, and filtration, adsorption and purification treatments by active coke, and is then discharged back into the river from the other end of the river treatment section. The operation of each of the above-mentioned devices is controlled by the container-type operation control chamber (19). Disclosed is a method for treating a black and odorous river using the above-mentioned apparatus.
