Abstract:
According to the method for auto-focusing a dome CCTV camera by using a timer function proposed in the present invention, an out-of-focus state prior to the installation of the dome housing of a hemispherical cover can be corrected by allowing the dome CCTV camera to be auto-focused at a predefined time after the dome housing is installed by using the timing control function of the dome CCTV camera. Also, according to the present invention, since communication lines, an external controller, or a remote signal receiving unit and a remote controller, which are required to focus a camera after the dome housing of a hemispherical cover is installed in an existing dome CCTV camera, do not have to be separately prepared, installation convenience can be improved by simplifying the installation of a dome CCTV camera, and manufacturing costs can also be reduced.
