Abstract:
Provided are a method, base station, terminal and system for transmitting and receiving downlink control information (DCI). The function of a transmit power control (TCP) domain in the DCI is no longer indicated by means of downlink assignment indexes (DAIs) in the DCI, but is indicated by means of a flag bit in the DCI. Even if the DAIs are sorted first in a frequency domain and then in a time domain, a main carrier can also bear a TPC having a function of power control in the TPC domain.
